Supplier Certificate of Conformance (COFC)
A Supplier Certificate of Conformance (COFC) is a document that verifies that a supplier’s products or shipments meet specific standards or specifications. It may be required for each shipment and may include information such as the purchase order number, part number, quantity, and plating or finish. The COFC can also include details about special processes, such as welding, heat treating, or plating, and whether they were outsourced or in-sourced.
Purchasing Terms and Conditions
This document defines the standard purchasing terms and conditions of all purchased parts used in the production of DWFritz products. This document applies when referenced in a DWFritz request for quotation, purchase order or contract and, hence, becomes part of any such document.
Routing Guidelines
The routing guidelines provide instructions for approved suppliers when preparing a shipment of purchased parts to DWFritz. These standard guidelines apply to all transactions where DWFritz has agreed to pay for inbound shipping costs in addition to the cost of the goods.
Material Certification Requirements
The material certification requirements procedure defines the general expectations for material certifications as requested on parts and products purchased by DWFritz. This document applies to all businesses, sites, and functions operating under the DWFritz Quality Management System.

The cosmetic requirements procedure defines the expectations for the accepted appearance of custom parts and products purchased by DWFritz. This document applies to all businesses, sites, and functions operating under the DWFritz Quality Management System.
