Individualized support contracts are available to meet your exact requirements. Many clients have strong internal capabilities and require only telephone, email and remote log-in support. Other clients, particularly those using overseas contract manufacturers, need full time technicians nearby to ensure critical production machines can be quickly supported. We will work with you to provide the level of service you need for your business operations.
High quality user and maintenance manuals
We provide high quality, custom written, industry standard user manuals and maintenance manuals along with the usual bill of materials, drawings and schematics. This allows our clients and their maintenance staff to handle most routine issues.
Email and telephone support
We provide no charge email and telephone support for the life of your machine. You will be able to talk with an engineer or technician who is knowledgeable about your machine and who can help resolve any unusual or unexpected issues. Most issues can be resolved within a day.
We can build in structure for remote access (depending on the site and machine) that allows us to log-in from our offices and diagnose the machine.
Global on-site service
Whether part of the machine install or billed in a longer term contract, we provide on-site service as well. We have a team of 35 engineers and technicians located in China to support systems installed there.
